A calendar full of recruiting conversations.
Advisor Scale builds and runs the recruiting system for financial agencies: Google and Meta ads, a landing page that converts, and follow-up that books the meeting while your team stays focused on the conversation.
Recruiting calendar
This week
Illustrative calendar. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
You're probably thinking you can just do this on your own, right?
You could. But experienced financial professionals can tell in one sentence whether a recruiting ad was written by someone who understands their world. That sentence decides whether they book the call.
Doing it yourself
- Generic "we're hiring" copy that experienced advisors tune out
- Learning Google and Meta ad platforms from scratch
- Leads sitting in an inbox with no fast follow-up
- Guessing what's working and what isn't
- Hours pulled away from actually recruiting
With Advisor Scale
- Messaging in the language advisors actually respond to
- Google and Meta campaigns built and managed for you
- Instant text, email, and calendar booking
- A 3-week review, then monthly optimization
- Your time spent in recruiting conversations
Built by people who've sat in the advisor's chair.
We're not a generic agency that learned financial services last month. We know what gets a qualified professional to take a meeting, because we've been inside the business.
Fully licensed team
We understand the business from the inside, not from the outside looking in.

Questions advisors ask us.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. Your Business Portfolio, ad accounts, pages, and payment method stay in your name, and we work through partner access. If we ever part ways, your pixel history, audiences, and results stay with you.
Do you guarantee a number of appointments?
No. Campaigns may be optimized toward roughly 7–15 scheduled appointments per week, but results depend on your market, budget, offer, and how quickly your team follows up. We review the numbers with you at three weeks and every month after.
What about compliance?
Nothing goes live without your firm's approval. We build campaigns to Google's and Meta's employment-ad rules, and every ad, post, page, and message goes through your compliance or broker-dealer review before launch.
How fast can we launch?
It depends on how quickly accounts, approvals, and assets come together. The set-up call happens before launch so we can confirm access, responsibilities, and the candidate journey with you.
Why both Google and Meta?
Google search reaches professionals who are actively looking for a change. Facebook and Instagram reach experienced advisors who aren't searching yet but would take the right conversation.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. Most clients start with a dedicated recruiting landing page. If your current site is hurting your credibility, we can build or rebuild it too.
What does it cost?
It depends on your market, goals, and which pieces you need. Book a strategy call and we'll walk you through options for your agency.
